The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Just the floor is a bit slippery. :)

The walls are quite thin. We could hear people closing the doors and talking.

Really bad receptionist. Unhelpful. Ask to book outside massage because of my back pain she say ok then ask me to ask security. But he not speak English. Then everything or question made me feel I disturbed. On arrival she pretend to not have my booking and did not even check on computer. I will not come again next time

Clean room and the rate is reasonable. Besides, there is a Halal restaurant nearby (just across the road) that serves good food. The location is strategic because it is not too far from the town and no traffic congestion.

I'm very satisfied with amenities inside every room. Three times check in here Friendly staff (housekeeping, reception & vana cafe). WiFi

Staircase from car park to lobby. Should provide elevator. Not suitable for elderly

The check-in process was smooth, the room is clean, neat and comfortable. This place is perfect if you prefer to stay a bit far from the center as I had a quiet night and peaceful sleep. It was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Quick far from city. Room very clean and comfy.

The location was good. There is a 7-eleven below the hotel which make it convenient if you need to purchase any things. Good Wifi
